We unfortunately had to put our dog down. Bell Parkway was caring and compassionate. They were able to get us in right away. They were patient with us and allowed us as much time with our pet as we needed. Their prices were very reasonable.

We had a heartbreaking moment with our dog. He was having 8-10 seizures in row and not stopping. He's had seizures before but never more than one at a time. This happened Sunday night and had to go to an urgent care animal hospital. Bell Parkway was right down the street and they are open 7am-9pm every day. The staff is absolutely fantastic and when we all decided on euthanasia, they were very sympathetic and took great care with our fur kid. They then even sent us a sympathy card in the mail. Will highly recommend them to all animal parents.

The staff was so friendly! And the place was clean, bright, and welcoming. Our boy loved everyone he met instantly, they were so kind to him and he received his vaccinations without any issue at all. They know just how to handle their patients. So excited to find such a great vet for our baby boy.

This place is amazing i recommend. Very welcoming and kind, all amazing staff and vets, you can tell they prioritize their love for pets. Helped me when I was at a time of distress for my cat after trying a lot of places, this one felt the best and turned out perfect. The desk woman and man offered support in all ways I’m very grateful for them ❤️🙏 if ever need be ill know I have this place for my kitties :,) good vibes and atmosphere aswell thank you

My beautiful boy was suddenly hit with pancreatitis. I knew he was in pain. I frantically called around on a Saturday looking for humane euthanasia, knowing he was suffering. Not only was Bell Parkway open until 9pm, they were patient with me as I blubbered my way through the phone call. Not knowing if he would make it or even how to get him in the car, the girl gave me an "open" appointment "between 6 and 7". When I got there, they allowed me the time I needed and even came in twice to check on me. I ran way past my slotted appointment time. The vet let me tell her when I was ready for her to administer the medication without making me feel rushed or pressured. They let me stay with him as long as I needed afterwards. Upon picking up the ashes, I was shocked at the quality of the urn and the care they took to package it. They placed the ashes in the urn so I wouldnt have to do it. On top of the professionalism and compassion shown to me, they charged $200 less than everyone else I spoke to - on a Saturday. At night. For a 130lb dog. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Bell Parkway Vet people are amazing, you can tell they love animals. I took, my cat about her eye (not major issue, yet) they were really informative about what need to do and gave me some referrals, where to take her.

My 4yr old GSD is giving rave 5 star reviews for her doctor. Her ear infection is getting better and she feels great every day with drops. She loves taking her meds with her daily PB and zyrtec for allergies. Her raw paws have gone away since her meds. She loves yall. Yall were sooooo gentle with her. We'll be back
