I found this new vet office quite by accident and I'm glad I did. My senior cat developed hyperthyroidism which was diagnosed by the vet and she is now on meds and getting better. The staff at this vet hospital are fantastic. The receptionist was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and got me in right away as my cat had lost a great deal of weight. She could sense my anxiety. Dr. Blackman examined her and did blood tests and got back to me promptly with the results. She assured me my little baby was going to be fine. We have to go back for a followup but she put my mind at ease. I'm so grateful I found these folks and plan to make this my permanent veterinarian for both my cats. I highly recommend this vet for all your fur babies.

My beautiful boy was suddenly hit with pancreatitis. I knew he was in pain. I frantically called around on a Saturday looking for humane euthanasia, knowing he was suffering. Not only was Bell Parkway open until 9pm, they were patient with me as I blubbered my way through the phone call. Not knowing if he would make it or even how to get him in the car, the girl gave me an "open" appointment "between 6 and 7". When I got there, they allowed me the time I needed and even came in twice to check on me. I ran way past my slotted appointment time. The vet let me tell her when I was ready for her to administer the medication without making me feel rushed or pressured. They let me stay with him as long as I needed afterwards. Upon picking up the ashes, I was shocked at the quality of the urn and the care they took to package it. They placed the ashes in the urn so I wouldnt have to do it. On top of the professionalism and compassion shown to me, they charged $200 less than everyone else I spoke to - on a Saturday. At night. For a 130lb dog. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

They spayed my puppy. She came home on time and was playing. She has recovered very well. I recommend them. My beautiful Bella is pictured here.

Dr Engelschall is the very best! Her care and compassion for my Kaydi during her senior years and to us as owners - we shall always remember! And now with our Sami we followed her from Surprise over to Scottsdale and now back to Surprise in a beautiful new clinic! Sami is always happy to visit her vet. 😊
